I recently received a Best of Rhode Island award for Female Television News Reporter!Reporting in this state has always been a goal of mine and I’m so happy to be here. “Emmy nominated reporter” has a nice ring to it!Last week I learned I was nominated for an Emmy for our team coverage of Hurricane Henri. The several early morning live shots in severe weather were not easy, but I’m honored they’re getting recognition.Feeling very lucky and proud to work alongside my talented friends at WJAR-TV.(Also got a new headshot😁)
